SERVICE ADVISOR
Hull Chrysler is seeking TECHNICAL ADVISORS to join the Service team.
This position acts as a liaison between the mechanic and the customer. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to succeed in this role and enhance the customer experience. The position must also be able to effectively explain technical aspects to customers. (2 positions available)
Your Role:
Respond quickly to customer inquiries.
Understand customer needs and provide a complete solution.
Prepare and analyze repair orders with customers.
Estimate the cost and duration of maintenance and repair work.
Ensure that the final invoice matches the quote and that the vehicle is delivered on time.
Liaise between customers and technicians and manage the status of work orders.
Plan maintenance and repair schedules.
Use work order management software.
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Experience in a related position is an asset.
