Role:

Help customers efficiently select parts and provide high-quality service to both internal and external customers (retail and workshop);
Inform customers about accessory parts and specials;
Answer phone calls and/or emails, provide pricing and any other information;
Adopt a strategy for incoming calls and emails aimed at selling parts and/or scheduling appointments;
Solicit regular customers by phone.
Administrative tasks related to orders.
